Nominations are invited from people interested in playing with the Australian Womens National Team at APAC 2011 to be held in Perth in January and/or the World Floorball Championships 2011 to be held in Switzerland in December 2011.

New National Women's Coach Appointed

The AFA is very pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Fenton as the new Australian Women’s Coach.

Andrew has been involved with both Floorball and Hockey for a number of years at the elite level as a player and in coaching roles. Andrew has represented Australia in 3 different sports and coached at International level in both Hockey and Floorball.

We are confident that Andrew's experience as both a player and coach at the international level will provide a strong base for him to work from in his new role.

We wish him all the best in the new role and hope everyone will get behind him.

Mens U 19s World Floorball Championships - Norway, May 2011

After the enormous success of the Australian U19 team during APAC 2008, we are now beginning preparations for our next big challenge. Over the last year many of our U19 players have gone on to represent Australia at a senior level or become pivotal players within their clubs teams. Our junior coaches haven't been resting, they have been focusing on school development and younger players.
