AFO Update
The AFO has 12 mens teams and 4 womens teams nominated for the AFO this year in ACT.

AOFC Referees at WFC
The AOFC is very pleased to congratulate Ismail Sharil (Rello) and Lim Dennis Chi Minh from Singapore for being selected to referee the Bronze match at the recent U19’s WFC in Turku Finland.
This is a major step forward to have referees from AOFC officiate at a WFC. The AOFC hopes this will encourage others to nominate as International Referees in the future.” |

APAC 2010
The AFA in conjunction with others has developed a brief roadmap for the men's team towards APAC 2010 and WFC 2010.
APAC 2010 is the qualification tournament for WFC 2010 and is likely to be held in Singapore in February next year. We have drafted a roadmap to show the basic requirements for the selection procees for APAC 2010 and budget costings. The aim is to allow all to start planning now.

AFO 2010
The AFA is pleased to announce that AFO 2010 will be held in Sydney. Dates to be confirmed but potentially around April 2010.

IFF Seminar
This is a preliminary notice that the IFF and AOFC will be holding a Development Seminar in New Zealand in September this year.
Tentative dates are 4th-6th September.
The seminar will cover coaching, refereeing and administration. Attendees from Australia will be most welcome |
